2023国际海事技术学术会议和展览会(Marintec China 2023)于12月5日在上海新国际博览中心开幕,本届会展主题为“构建未来Rebuild Together”,中国船舶集团旗下中船动力(集团)有限公司携多款明星产品参展。

开展首日,中国船舶集团党组书记、董事长温刚莅临中船动力集团展台,详细了解产品订单、技术路线、推进科技创新等工作情况,对公司不断提升核心竞争力,推动实现可持续发展等提出要求。

 

 

 

当天下午,中船动力集团与CCS中国船级社举行战略合作签约及授证仪式。CCS中国船级社副总裁赵晏、产品处处长姜波涛,中船动力集团党委书记、董事长李琤、党委副书记、总经理邵煜等领导出席仪式。

The CPGC-WinGD 12X92DF manufactured by CPGC is the world’s first dual-fuel marine engine with the largest bore. This engine combines super high-power, intelligent control, environmental protection and has set a new standard for performance and emission indicators in its category.

CPGC 6M320DM船用甲醇燃料中速机缸径为320mm,冲程为420mm,单缸功率500kW。本机是中船动力集团为落实国家“双碳”战略要求,响应海事温室气体减排法规,满足低碳/零碳船舶动力市场需求而推出的绿色发动机,本机的开发将进一步丰富320中速机系列产品线。

CPGC 6M320DM marine methanol dual-fuel medium-speed engine, the cylinder bore is 320mm, the stroke is 420mm and the single-cylinder power is 500kW. The engine is a green engine launched by CPGC to implement the national "dual carbon" strategic requirements, respond to maritime greenhouse gas emission.

 

 

 

CPGC智能控制废气再循环系统iCER

 
 
 

CPGC智能控制废气再循环系统iCER是通过将部分主机的废气进行洗涤冷却后,引入主机增压器的压气机,与新鲜空合,实现扫气气体的氧浓度含量控制。此系统有燃气/燃油两种模式,在燃气模式下改善主机的热效率,也实现在所有条件下的燃烧可控。

CPGC iCER system recirculates part of the exhaust gas,after a cooling process, to the turbocharger compressor inlet. In this way, part of the oxygen in the scavenge air is replaced by CO2 from the combustion process. The system has two fuel mode: gas and fuel oil. In the gas mode, iCER Improve the thermal efficiency of engine and make the combustion controllable under all conditions.

CPGC-MAN B&W 6G60ME-C10.5-LGIP-HPSCR是MAN ES最新一代以LPG作为燃料的双燃料低速发动机,该型机节能环保,广泛应用于大型气体运输船。同比常规燃料,LPG燃料废气排放中NOx降低10-15%,SOx降低90-100%,CO2减少13-18%,颗粒物减少90%以上。

CPGC-MAN B&W 6G60ME-C10.5-LGIP-HPSCR is the latest engine type of dual-fuel low speed engine developed by MAN ES. This engine type is fueled with LPG, and widely used in large gas carriers VLGC and VLAC. The world first engine was delivered successfully in August 2020 by CSSC Power (Group) Co., Ltd(CPGC).Comparing with conventional diesel engine, using LPG as fuel can reduce NOx emissions by 10-15%, SOx by 90-100%, CO2 by 13-18%, and particulate matter by more than 90%.
